Qualifications:
- Results-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of the following:
- Prepare closing documents including HUDS, deeds, POA, and Affidavits
- Review processor work including contract and title committment
- Confirm receipt of all conveyance documents needed for closing including survey, proof of insurance, pest and termite inspections, required payoffs for retail, review liens/judgments, and all other documents needed to close
- Maintain communication with buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders and co-workers
- Maintain file notes and update client databases on progress
- Confirm closing date with all parties
- Prepare and issue final Title Policy
- Other duties related to the position
