Good understanding of the real estate title closing process is necessary. Experience with Double Time or similar program preferred.
Duties include answering phones; ordering title searches and clearing title items; and preparing CDs and settlement statements.
Must be a notary or be capable of becoming a notary. PART TIME. Approx. 30 hours per week.
