• Preparation of closing documents including settlement statements
• Confirming transaction figures
• Obtaining appropriate lien payoff information
• Disbursement of closing and escrow funds
• Recording documents and E-Filing
• Following written escrow instructions provided by buyers and sellers
• Ability to sign clients and conduct closings
• Post-closing follow-up for recorded documents and any escrow funds that need to be disbursed
• Proficiency in Closing Software (Closers Choice Preferred)
• Minimum of 1 -2 years recent experience preferred
