| #1152 Real Estate Closer (Part-Time) – Downtown St. Petersburg . Full-service law firm with a busy real estate department seeks a Part-Time Real Estate Closer to handle closing matters on residential and commercial real estate closings. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a real estate closer, have a strong knowledge of institutional real estate transactions and have excellent Microsoft Office computer skill and DoubleTime closing software. Primary responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to examine file review, contract, lien searches, title, estoppel letters, etc., process and close files, examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status, provide constant communication with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions, order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, insurance certificates, pest inspections, prepare settlement statements, deeds, escrow agreement and other settlement documents review all files before, during and after closing to present and resolve any potential claims, and handle all post-closing matters. Salary $15 per hour/20 hours weekly.
