Grimes Hawkins Gladfelter & Galvano, PL in Bradenton, Florida has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Closer. We are seeking an individual with a strong background in real estate closings with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Duties, responsibilities, and qualities for the ideal candidate would include:
1. Ability to work all facets of closings for complex commercial and residential real estate transactions.
2. Proficiency using closing software required, LandTech preferred. Proficiency with Outlook, Adobe, and Word required, Excel preferred.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to track closing and other relevant contractual deadlines required.
4. Ability to work as a team and follow established firm procedures and guidelines for closings and post-closing, including exceptional multi-tasking skills needed to handle multiple closings.
5. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients, vendors, title companies, lenders, and others to facilitate smooth and accurate closings.
6. Law firm experience strongly preferred.
