What You’ll Do:
- Provide concierge support to Offerpad customers and internal agents
- Schedule showings and other appointments
- Help organize, track, follow up and nurture new leads and past clients
- Assist in creating marketing and organizing marketing materials
- Attend weekly progress meetings to help team stay on track
- Educate clients on Offerpad full suite of services
Day in The Life:
- Manage CRM/Salesforce data entry and client follow up tasks
- Schedule maintenance & repair work for properties
- Onboarding and schedule coordination with vendors
- Respond and route leads via text, email and phone calls
Required Experience:
What You Have:
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Resourceful and committed team player with the ability to also be effective independently
- Calm under pressure
- General real estate knowledge
- General understanding of computer systems like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Relationship building/ interpersonal skills
- Proficiency using PC and or Mac OS
- Real Estate license required

Ideally You Also Have (Optional/Preferred):
- Experience with real estate systems like Docusign, Salesforce, Top Producer, Boomtown, Zip Forms, SkySlope, etc. is preferred.
