The Contract and Closing Coordinator supports the processes of the Sales Department in administering contracts, reviewing documents, ensuring accuracy of details, and coordinating closing details.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Schedules home buyer closings when construction is completed.
  • Facilitates coordination between the construction department, mortgage company, title company, and buyers.
  • Performs contract coordination and review.
  • Maintains contract files, sales reports, and record updates.
  • Listens to customer questions and concerns and provides appropriate and timely responses. When necessary, initiates communication with home buyers in resolving issues and concerns.
  • Provides general administrative support to Director of Sales and Sales Agents.
  • Assists in directing sales leads to agents.
  • Assists sales and marketing associates to ensure Sales Agents have the tools needed to be successful in the field.
  • Maintains Excel reports and performs data entry operations.
  • Performs both electronic and paper filing.

Must have RE contract and closing experience with Real Estate or Title company.

Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and perform work with accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft software.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
