Past Real Estate Experience is a MUST.
Fast paced office, award winning team, high producing agents and high volume.
This is a full time, in office position (located off of 60 in Valrico), Monday-Friday.
Must have a sense of urgency, be extremely detailed, have a knowledge of Real Estate marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and have a desire to assist multiple, high producing Real Estate agents at a high level. Must Be a Team Player!
Responsibilities and Key Details of the Position:
- Knowledge to take a real estate transaction from contract to the closing table with multiple Buyer Agents and multiple files at once
- Understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, financing, lenders, and inspections
- Very comfortable working with computers, data entry, and spreadsheets
- Able to navigate social media, current marketing trends and technology
- Able to assist in real estate marketing trends, promotional, events, and social media campaigns
- Ability to do graphic work in creating flyers, invitations, and newsletters
- Desire to delivery excellence customer service to our clients over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast pace, busy environment within a large team
- Assist with paperwork, managing files, and many contracts and clients all at once
- Wants to Have Fun and enjoys crushing BIG goals!!!!
