Assist in supporting TGH’s real estate portfolio by managing the work flow of lease and other property related agreements/transactions. Liaise with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment of portfolio rents and assist to resolve any discrepancies. Assist with monitoring critical lease dates, notifying the appropriate business units, and following-up with related information. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • 3 years of progressive administrative support or real estate experience required.
  • Education beyond Associates degree may substitute for years of experience.
  • Commercial real estate experience in healthcare, property management experience, lease administration software experience (CoStar), and purchase orders and invoice processing experience (PeopleSoft) all preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word and Excel software
