Part Time Real Estate Coordinator needed for top producing REALTOR and team.
Job duties as follows:
- Obtain Showing Feedback and communicate to sellers
- Run Weekly showing report from Supra/MLS and update active listing report
- Complete daily activity tasks for each active contract file and data entry into App Files system, communicate with Realtors, buyers, sellers, Title Company and Lenders. (Setup inspections, walk through, closing, obtain title commitment, title search, loan commitment, insurance, survey, and repairs items.)
- Setup Listing data entry in App files, submit to MLS and verify information inputted is correct.
- Daily lookup and pull properties from the local MLS, plus tax records, etc.
- Close out file in App Files, order post cards and marketing material.
- Draft letters to for sale by owners, expired listings and new prospects.
- Update social media and sphere of influence for team referrals.
- Answer office (team) phone and open mail.
- Any other office duties such as Team meeting setup, office parties, open houses, broker opens.
Real Estate experience is necessary but a license is not required.
Up to 30 hours per week.
