At Home Encounter, our real estate agents handle the sale and purchase of homes for investors and owner occupants. Our Property Management clients represent a majority of our transaction volume, but increasingly we are serving the residential and commercial marketplace in real estate brokerage services. Our growing office is in need of a Real Estate Department Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our licensed sales agents in our Florida offices.

Duties of a Real Estate Department Administrator include:
Overseeing the use, compliance, & Training for DotLoop – our contract-management software Overseeing the use, compliance, & Training for Market Leader, our Client Relationship Management software CRM Management of MLS systems in Tampa, Ocala, Miami, Jacksonville and Orlando Contract compliance management Sales agent marketing program management Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.) Manage website, blog sites and social media Maintains all vendor and service provider files. Additional projects as needed.
Qualifications of a Real Estate Department Administrator include:
2-5 years administrative experience in Real Estate Office, Title Company or Law Firm Experience in MLS software Experience in Dotloop Experience in Market Leader CRM Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook and Internet skills Excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents. Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly. Deadline driven and extremely organized. Managing client, Realtor & title company relations Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills Ability to obtain, follow up, organize & prioritize information Self-managed , proactive, efficient, dependable problem solve
