Position – Commercial Real Estate Development and Leasing Associate
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research for real estate development, investments, and acquisitions
- Source leads and opportunities through market prospecting
- Assist with analysis of market research and market assessment
- Attend internal and external meetings and providing feedback
- Assist with development pro-formas
- Assist internal investment approval packages for investment committee by rket research, assembling sales comp data, completing market surveys, and helping to assemble the package
- Showing Office, Medical Office, and Industrial space to prospective tenants
Knowledge/Critical Skills
- Self-starter looking for an opportunity to work cross functionally in commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of Excel required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent projects
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Good problem solver/creative thinker
- Can-do attitude; ability to sell yourself
Education/Experience – Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, real estate, finance or related business degree. Related experience in the industry is preferred, but not required.
Compensation – Competitive base pay with bonus opportunity.
Some travel required as needed for meetings.
