Position Description: Process/execute luxury multifamily garden-style (3-4 stories) suburban 300-350 unit development projects. Stick frame with surface parking. Position will start projects from due diligence through construction including zoning, engineering, design, architecture, attorney coordination, site plans, etc. This position will not focus on site acquisitions/sourcing. Could work on two deals at a time in different phases of process located in the Southeast. The right candidate will need over 3 years of multifamily apartment development experience.
