About the Position of Real Estate Director
The Director of Real Estate is responsible for leading the execution of Mavis’s new store growth strategy in Florida and Georgia. The Director of Real Estate must identify new areas of opportunity for growth and brand development. To ensure successful execution of store design and build, on time and budget, the Director of Real Estate must partner with the Senior Vice President of Real Estate, formulate and develop annual targets, goals and business plans related to organic store growth. The Director must work with team members in the assigned markets in executing initiatives that enable the company to meet and/or exceed budgeted goals.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Real Estate Director, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; (3) possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field; (4) have at least 10 years of progressive real estate management experience in a multi-store, high volume specialty; (6) have a minimum of three years’ managing direct reports experience; (7) demonstrate leadership ability to mentor and develop employees for continued growth; and, (8) possess exceptional project management, negotiation and solid problem-solving skills.
