The Jodi Avery Team – Your Concierge Real Estate Team is currently looking for outstanding talent for the three following positions:

1. Director of Operations

2. Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant

3. Experienced Real Estate Agents

Our team is sharp and growing. We are looking for agents who are looking for leadership roles with our team. This person will be dealing directly with Jodi Avery and the other agents on the team. This person must have a high level of organization, high attention to detail, and management skills. They must be able to take full ownership of the role and ensure all i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. They will be our playbook champion, ensuring every system and procedure we have is documented and operating effectively.

The role of transaction manager requires specific experience getting real estate transactions closed. High level of communication, organization, coordination, and proactiveness. Must have an extreme sense of urgency and be able to coordinate with others to get properties closed efficiently and effectively on time and without issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Palm Harbor, FL 34684: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • ACTIVE Florida Real Estate License (Required)
