Calling all Lyft and Uber drivers who want to make guaranteed income every day, at any time of the day, while still enjoying tremendous flexibility.
Instead of just driving for Lyft and Uber, we will pay you to drive selected neighborhoods to look for vacant, blighted, abandoned, run-down houses in the Tampa Bay Area that are based on our criteria.

Some of the signs you’ll look for include tall grass, boarded-up houses, bad roofs, etc.
When you see a vacant or occupied house, your job will be to pull over and input the property pictures into our app on your cell phone. Our app is called deal machine.
A vital piece of the job will include software testing. We welcome your daily feedback on how we can improve our app. If the app ever crashes or if there are any software glitches, we will use your feedback on how we can improve the app.

This will help thousands of other members across the country to also have an incredible experience with the deal machine app because of your feedback.
We expect to have hundreds of applicants respond, but we will consider the most detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and friendliest drivers.
