Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain executive’s Outlook calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
– Perform clerical duties such as transcribing, faxing, and filing documents
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
– Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
– Prepare and send documents using electronic signature software like DocuSign
– Coordinate office activities and ensure the office is well-maintained
Requirements:
-Liscened Florida Real Estate Sales Associate
– Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Proficient in Social Media (FB, Instagram, Linked In, and Youtube) Managment
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
