Top Producing, Keller Williams Award Winning Team looking for a Full Time, Monday-Friday TOP Executive Assistant (no weekend work) in our Valrico, FL office.
Seeking a Dynamic, Positive, Goal Driven individual with a history of success! We are looking for a mixture of leadership skills with an empathetic heart, nurturing with clients and an eye for detail. Licensed Real Estate Agent a PLUS. This position would work closely with our Listing Team and CEO’s right hand person. Being a Team Player is Key with impeccable Client Customer Service.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge to take a real estate transaction from contract to the closing table and hold clients hand through the process
- Can assist CEO with travel arrangements, speaking engagements, scheduling, and assist Lead Agents
- May be asked to attend closings with clients, network with vendors and build relationships and attend assist Appreciation Events
- Excellent phone skills and communication
- Detailed, Detailed, Detailed
- Understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, finance and inspections
- Very comfortable working with computers, zoom, social media, data entry and Excel spreadsheets
- Able to navigate current marketing trends and technology
- Very comfortable with computer skills, spreadsheets and database
- Team player with great communication skills in person and on the phone with clients. Would describe themselves as nurturing
- Ability to work in a fast pace, busy environment with a large team and multiple agents at once
- Assist with not only paperwork, managing files, and many contracts but also office supplies, Real Estate signs, bills, and promo items
- Enjoys working in a team environment

COVID-19 considerations:
When possible we do all meeting, trainings, and daily team work on Zoom. All Client events have been dramatically altered or cancelled to keep all parties safe. Desk space is one person per office, mask are required, cleaning measures have increased.
