Responsibilities:
- Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting new and experienced agents that are results and goal oriented and would thrive in our drama-free, collaborative, high energy environment.
- Establish and maintain a database
- Prospecting through phone calls, social media and face-to-face meetings
- Networking through industry events and community outreach
- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships
- Search and identify prospects
- Screen and interview
- Recruit, retain and engage talented real estate agents
- Create an environment of collaboration and success through support, accountability and empowerment
Qualifications
- 3+ years with sales or military experience
- Well versed in social media and computer skills
- Superb time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Track record of success in past jobs/tasks
- Goal setting, planning and accountability skills
- Willingness to travel to nearby offices, training and meetings
- Strong decision making-skills
- Current Real Estate License a plus

Pay: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
