We are an award-winning, real estate investment group based in San Diego, California that is expanding to other markets. We are looking for an experienced Field Project Manager to fill an immediate opening in Tampa, Florida. Field Project Manager Duties Include:
- Reports to National Projects Manager
- Prepare and maintain budgets
- Tracking of all related expenses
- Manage project timelines
- Manage contractors and suppliers
- Manage team members in the field
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage, respond to emails and group chats
- Manage daily use of our in-house Asana software
- Oversee and approves accounts payable for contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Regularly visits project sites to handle issues and provide progress reports
- Interacts with City/County building department officials
- Oversee complete projects from start to finish
- Train team members (Acquisitions Reps or other Project Managers) to estimate rehabs and foresee potential issues
- Confirm the use of correct contracts, lien waivers or real estate documents
- Confirmation of licenses and insurances requirements to be carried by contractors and other tradesman
- Find new contractors and tradesman in your market to maintain multiple options
- Participate in weekly meetings with National Project Manager
- Have weekly meetings with Acquisitions Reps and continue updated training related to price changes, product updates or industry changes
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Have reliable transportation
- Construction Field experience
- Creativity to organize livable space to increase or better use of the dwelling
- Self-Starter & deadline oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Sheets and Smartphone Devices
- Ability to analyze real estate assets including location, desirability, rehab cost, retail value
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
- Real Estate or Contractor’s License is a plus
- Candidate possess leadership, organizational & motivational skills

- Must be technologically savvy. (Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva)

- Teachability, able to follow structure and research information
Compensation: Substantial Commission/Profit Share to be reviewed upon meeting Qualifications
