Real Estate Finance Coordinator needed for Clearwater company.
Must have the following in order to apply:
- Must have five (5) years experience in mortgage financing programs.
- Knowledge of housing real estate transactions required.
- Must have two (2) years background with Federal and State housing grants and associated regulations.
- Familiarity with the income qualifying process and affordable mortgage financing required.
Job Description: Primary responsibilities include the oversight and marketing of units within the Land Trust. This will require working with lenders and funding entities to establish partnerships for creating new program and financing opportunities. This position will be responsible for conducting the application process, underwriting the files for potential buyers, and coordinating the closings with the Realtor and Title Companies.
- Working with potential home buyers to complete the application process.
- Manage single family program that includes working with lenders to expand mortgage products and financial resources, connecting buyers to appropriate mortgage products, and packaging loan applications.
- Represent the organization in real estate closings for projects when necessary.
- Responsible for coordination with Realtors for marketing and sale of homes owned by the organization.
- Coordinate and review documents associated with development projects and develop a working knowledge of project scopes.
- Properly document development files to include all necessary requirements of the funding entities.
- Oversight of properties to ensure proper maintenance after construction and/or rehabilitation of the units before closing; requires coordinating with selected contractors.
