Purpose of Job
Provides member service through obtaining documents and validating the accuracy of real estate loan documentation required to issue disbursement of loan proceeds. This includes issuing funding authorization to real estate settlement agents and attorneys in order to complete the mortgage loan process. Uses established procedures and relevant job experience to carry out work assignments.
Job Requirements
- Acquires and applies foundational knowledge of products, services, and processes.
- Obtains, reviews and validates loan documentation to ensure compliance.
- Identifies and researches missing information.
- Communicates with 3rd party agencies and/or members to obtain and/or provide necessary documentation.
- Resolves member account and loan documentation issues.
- Ensures the accuracy of member data entered in the money movement/disbursement system and Cadence system.
- Meets or exceeds member expectations and target dates within the loan closing/funding process.
- Performs other loan setup and closing-related tasks as requested.
Minimum Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- Up to 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred:
- 2 years of wire transfer
- 1 year + Title experience
- 2 years + mortgage experience
- 1 year in real estate background
- Able to work 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. or 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
- Money transferring experience or checks and balances
