Requirements / Description

Company is looking for a qualified intern(s) to join our real estate/investment/acquisition team. We are seeking an intern who can participate and add value across a range of investment, management, development and marketing tasks. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of real estate investment, property management, finance and marketing.

We provide a structured internship program that is designed to provide hands on training. Undergraduate or Graduate student who is majoring in Real Estate, Finance and Business Administration.

The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist executives with business development to support the operational and financial goals of the organization
• Assist in the creation or delivery of high level acquisition plans/targets
• Perform analysis of marketing and real estate data
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
• Maintain tracking report of activity
• Analyzing and preparing preliminary underwriting on prospective deals
• Conducting market research on competitive offerings
• Phone calls/emails to prospects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous internship/work experience in commercial real estate, financial services or a related field a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (advance proficiency in Excel a plus)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work under deadlines

• Strong analytic, organizational and multitasking skills

Benefits

The internship will be performed VIRTUALLY . We expect the interns to go to the Bankruptcy Court located in Tampa and attend occasional meetings with the company in Tampa as well. The internship is UNPAID and qualifies for Academic Credits .
