Job duties:
- Assist in looking at properties that are for sale or being auctioned. Take photos and note damages and other characteristics of the house.
- Calculate rehab expenses for each property to assess the value of the home and what we will be able to spend on it.
- Assist in the use of excel spreadsheets to create budgets pertaining to the expenses on remodels and flipping properties.
- Analyze real estate comparables to decide price points on listings.
- Learn and become proficient in the inner workings of the company.
- Learn about managing inventory of warehouse stock as well as assist in delivering materials to job sites. Including, but not limited to, construction materials, and signage.
- Office duties such as filing, and creating signs.
- File reconciliations & bank statement
- Organize invoices based on holdings company
Pay Rate: $10/hr
Can receive college credit.
