Responsibilities:
- Contracting homes for our company to purchase
- Researching and contacting home owners
- Exploring home owner’s underlying reasons for selling
- Demonstrating to sellers the benefits of selling to us
- Determine a home’s renovation cost
- Completing paid task in our renovation business, so being handy with tools is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Phone Skills for cold calling
- Outgoing Personality
- Workaholic that enjoys working as much as possible
- Ability to Follow Script while on Phone with Sellers and/or Buyers
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Good Organizational and Time Management Abilities
- Average or better Computer Skills
- Not Afraid to get dirty when scoping a new property
- Multi-dimensional problem solver
- Carpenter Skills a plus
Additional Details:
The team you will be joining is composed of individuals who thrive on high productivity, communication, team development, business development, and continuous learning. Training can range 1-2 weeks based on your availability.
**You DO NOT need real estate experience or a real estate license. All real estate knowledge will be provided through company training and ongoing mentoring.
**This is a 100% commission job, which means your profit is attached to the company’s profit, which means this can be very lucrative for you. The pay is generous and handsomely rewards those who are producing, resourceful, hardworking, energetic, positive, thick skinned, personable, and continuously learning what real estate investing is all about.
**We also have opportunities to get paid for cleaning, demolition and other various task needed to be done in our rehab business.
