Real Estate Investor is seeking a part time Legal Counsel / Attorney with experience in Florida real estate law.
Duties include but not limited to:
File and handle unlawful detainer lawsuits (for former owner-occupied properties purchased from the banks)
Represent company interests.
Real estate contracts, title issues etc.
Handle negotiations, disputes, and litigation.
