Position Summary

Responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and operational support in the area of real estate law.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Two-year degree or equivalent education/certification;
  • Experience: Entry level with at least one year of experience working as a Legal Assistant, preferably in a law practice.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in MS applications including Word, Outlook and Excel;
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills;
  • Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision;
  • Successful at multitasking in a high activity environment;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
  • Develops and maintains excellent working relationships;
  • A self-starter who is reliable, highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to handle confidential work in a professional, confidential and courteous manner.
