Position Summary
Responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and operational support in the area of real estate law.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Two-year degree or equivalent education/certification;
- Experience: At least three years of experience working as a Legal Assistant, preferably in a law practice.
Required Skills
- Proficient in MS applications including Word, Outlook and Excel;
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills;
- Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision;
- Successful at multitasking in a high activity environment;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Develops and maintains excellent working relationships;
- A self-starter who is reliable, highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Ability to handle confidential work in a professional, confidential and courteous manner.
