Legal Assistant – Transactional Real Estate and Land Use
Downtown St Petersburg office is seeking a transactional real estate and land use legal assistant with at least 3 years of recent experience supporting multiple real estate attorneys. Will need strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) to prepare, draft and edit various real estate documents such as purchase and sale contracts, leases, exhibits, spread sheets and closing documents.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, oral and written communication skills and keen proofreading abilities are required. Proficiency performing internet-based real property searches and records research is preferred. This is an opportunity to support a team of real estate and land use attorneys in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
Must also be able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks while satisfactorily meeting deadlines and desired outcomes.
