Full Job Description

Winter Haven Management Services, provides accounting and administrative support services to a variety of Real Estate related businesses including land developers, hotels, HOA management firms, and commercial and residential asset owning and operating companies.

The Company is seeking a Real Estate Assistant to support our attorney. This position is part-time, Monday – Friday from 9:00 -3:00. The ideal candidate lives in the Tampa, FL area and will work primarily from home. Some in person meetings are required.

Primary Duties of the Position:

  • Review Real Estate Contracts, enter and track Contract Data including buyer, seller, parcel information, due diligence dates and other information as needed
  • Assist with deposit releases
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and ability to learn new software
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, organizational and self-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner with a very high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be located in the Tampa area and be available for on site meetings
