Real Estate License preferred but NOT required
The Duncan Duo has an immediate opening for a full time listing assistant (40hr/week M-F, occasional OT and weekends) to join our fast paced world class real estate team, ranked #1 in real estate sales in Tampa Bay for the entire year, in the top 5 for REMAX internationally.
Total compensation for the first year will include bonuses and salary as well as 401k, medical and dental insurance.

Compensation:$10-12/hr plus bonuses, health insurance, dental
Responsibilities:Desired candidate must be ethical, hard working, honest, willing to learn and listen. He or she must also be coachable, a team player, have a phenomenally positive attitude and energy, be a good problem solver, and be tech savvy.
Some tasks required for this team member:
- Entering properties for sale on the MLS
- Sorting through photos
- Writing marketing descriptions to sell the home
- Researching for information about the properties
- Coordinating with home sellers, photographers
