A successful Real Estate Agent in Tampa Bay is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to oversee new listing business development and listings in Hillsborough and Pasco counties as a team. You will primarily be working with residential homeowners selling homes in the mid-market range ($300K-$800K).
This is an excellent opportunity for new or recently established agents looking to sharpen their skills and build their own business while receiving coaching and oversight from an experienced agent. After extensive training and coaching, you will be taking full-responsibility for an existing book of business and coordinating existing high-quality lead generation systems. Success in this role will require you to flex your ambition muscles, be excited about taking risks, and be motivated by a purpose beyond just “making money” on a daily basis. You consider yourself to be organized, detail-oriented, caring, and creative. Additionally, you should have solid computer skills and be comfortable with cloud based systems (e.g. Google Drive, Lions Desk, Form Simplicity, and DocuSign) and have the tact for knowing when a phone call is better than an email. Furthermore, a desire for perpetual learning and continuous personal and professional improvement will be critical to your success. The majority of your work can be done remotely with the exception of initial training and client engagements. Compensation & Benefits:
