Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Pay: Hourly, depending on experience

Job Description

• Processes and posts loan payments, payoff’s and advances on FHLMC serviced loans, portfolio loans and home equity line of credit. Prepares mortgage payoff letters and verifications of mortgage.
• Ensures the timely payment of escrow items, inclusive of real estate taxes, insurances, and PMI. Submits necessary information to vendors and or regulatory authorities and provides required legal notices to all parties.
• Performs file maintenance on mortgage loan accounts, resolves any problems.
• Responsible for daily and monthly close out of systems for accounting and monthly department reports.
• On-boards new mortgage loans to mortgage servicing system.
• Prepares a variety of mortgage documents, including but not limited to satisfactions, modifications, and releases.
• Completes all annual requirements for year-end close out, escrow analysis, 1098’s, 1099’s and year end close out.
• Experience with Symitar, FICS and Crystal Reports a plus

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of Real Estate Servicing experience highly preferred
• Work with Symitar, FICS, Loan Producer and Mortgage Servicer software is a big advantage
• Must have servicing experience
• MS Office proficient- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Effectively communicates using proper grammar and punctuation written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including use of proper grammar and punctuation
• Technology adept including Browser and Computer savvy and the use of various office equipment
• Presents in a polite, polished, and professional manner upon dealing with customers and co-workers
