The company offers a broad range of services including laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, wrinkle reduction and other services that improve physical appearance to enhance self-image and build self-confidence. All services are FDA-cleared/approved and rigorously tested at the company’s R&D center; the services in each center are performed by registered nurses or other medically trained professionals
Responsibilities
- Successfully manage and execute Real Estate activities for the Company’s retail stores (in assigned Regions), including site selection, letter of intent and lease negotiations, lease renewals and building acquisitions / dispositions.
- Lead and manage third-party broker partnerships relating to real estate transaction services. Monitor progress and performance. Provide updates to Senior Director of Real Estate.
- Gain market knowledge of new locations and create full site selection strategies.
- Successfully manage comprehensive site reviews of potential sites based on demographics, site qualities, trade area qualities, proximity/impact on existing stores, potential delivery areas, and other pertinent factors.
- Ability to obtain and understand demographics for specific sites, trade areas, and regions for store placement and maximum market penetration.
- Perform market analysis including traffic counts, site access, demographics and other key factors.
- Present new store opportunities to the Real Estate Committee to obtain internal approval of site selections.
- Maintain real estate database, keeping data current for accurate information and forecasting.
- Work with in-house and outside legal counsel to prepare and analyze lease agreements, amendments and extensions.
- Ensure seamless, consistent communication and follow-up with construction project management & facilities teams, lease administrator, legal and external brokers.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage due diligence, budgets, architectural building design, site engineering, permitting and project scheduling from acquisition through construction.

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
- Extremely organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Proven financial analysis, letter of intent and lease negotiation, contract management and real estate database skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business or related trade discipline.
- 3+ years real estate experience. 2+ years of corporate real estate experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel and experience covering multiple states and territories.
- Retail and Commercial Real Estate negotiation experience.
