Position Title: Real Estate Manager
Position Summary:
Due to our growth, Pinch A Penny has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our Franchise team. The position will report to our Franchise Development Team in Clearwater, Florida and be responsible for lease review negotiation, analysis and new site selection. This new position will have the opportunity to work with a fast growing team to develop and expand our brand.

Requirements:
A four-year degree in Business or related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of real estate management experience required, as well as a thorough knowledge of real estate leasing, lease review, negotiation experience, preparing and negotiating LOI’s and site selection experience. Franchise experience desired. Experience using GbBIS mapping software desired. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, time management, as well as conflict management experience. Position requires approximately 60% travel. Must have the ability to work independently and possess self-motivation.
Compensation:
Competitive salary and bonus available as well as an excellent benefit package. Mileage for personal vehicle use according the IRS guidelines.
