Ryan Companies US, Inc. is proud to recognize that our Southeast Real Estate Management and Maintenance team which currently operates out of Tampa is now expanding our services to the Jacksonville area.  We are excited to announce that we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Manager to take on a newly constructed 7 story class A office building in the central business district of Jacksonville!

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Create and maintain asset values for long term holds
  • px;”>Lead client/occupant relationship to provide an excellent work environment
  • Develop financial budgets 
  • Supervise/oversee on-site staff
  • Maintain expense controls, financial reporting, and risk management
  • Own the financial and variance reporting process
  • Supervise vendors and contractors
  • e: 12px;”>Lead/assist with disposition process for assets sold

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of real estate management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, real estate, or related area of study, or commensurate work experience. You will have accounting/financial knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a creative helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants.  Experience collaborating and working in a team setting is required.  Must have an advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel, LEED and WELL processes and certifications. A Florida Real Estate License is required for consideration.

  • Are working towards or have one of these professional designations: CCIM, CPM, or RPA
  • Have Class A concierge level management experience
