- Continuing to grow agent count within company vision
- Coach and train agents
- Compliance support
Requirements:
- 5 years or more experience as a managing broker
- Proven growth & profitability of past real estate office
- A Leader who is results oriented
- Well rounded knowledge base of residential, commercial and property management
- Willing to work within team atmosphere
- Florida Real Estate Broker License
- Full time position available during weekends
Compensation is co measured based on experience with benefits.
