SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Established Commercial Real Estate Company located in Tampa is seeking a full-time front-office Marketing/Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will contribute significantly in a fast-paced marketing/administrative capacity to key personnel. This position requires a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team player with the ability to multi-task.

MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

Support marketing efforts by preparing and updating client-specific reports which include marketing proposals, materials/packages including maps, aerials, team marketing pieces and flyers.

Update and maintain property information and conduct market searches using real estate industry web based databases including Costar, LoopNet, Property Capsule and Company website.

Maintain tenant database.

Perform general administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

– 3-5 years of General Office and Commercial Real Estate related experience preferred.

– Significant proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Advanced

PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Photoshop (Familiarity with InDesign and Constant

Contact preferred)

– Excellent communication, verbal, written and problem solving skills. Social media skills a plus.

– Prompt and consistent attendance as required by the job and flexible to work overtime if

required.

– Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and willingness to ask clarifying questions to

ensure understanding, along with good note taking.
