The Real Estate Marketing & Social Media Coordinator should live and breathe social engagement with a passion for campaign optimization and lead generation.
You will be part of the in-house marketing team responsible for supporting the agent network across the country. You will assist in the production of weekly videos, create print advertising, mailings, and track campaigns for engagement and leads.
What you will do : * Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services* Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats* Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns* Translate complex data into simple graphs and text* Compile and present data for other departments* Design, build and maintain our social media presence : Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, YouTube.Plan, execute, measure and analyze all social media campaigns* Research new algorithms in social media updates and implement new tactics for better engagement* Create, manage and optimize Marketing Plan / calendar costs)* Identify and recommend trends and opportunities that are relevant to our audience and business objectives* Optimize ad spend, performance and activities based on budget, insights and analytics.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies* Manage company’s multiple Facebook, Instagram, etc. accounts including creation, monitoring, analytics, and opportunities* Creates print advertisements based on market trends* Creates graphics for social media posts* Maintains compliance with company policies, practices and procedures* Participates in proactive efforts to achieve company goals* Works effectively and communicates clearly with other employees* Handles changing deadlines and priorities* Reviews work for accuracy, completeness and proper authority. What you will bring to us : * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills* Strong communication and presentation skills* Ability to work well in teams and individually without supervision* Highly creative individual* Experience in identifying target audiences and devising online campaigns that engage, inform and motivate* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement* Real Estate-related knowledge a plus* 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role* Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions* Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices* Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics* Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research* Good understanding of social media KPIs* Familiarity with web design and publishing* Excellent multitasking skills* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills* Team player* Good time-management skills* Great interpersonal and communication skills* Requires a minimum of high school diploma or its equivalent* Customer service experience.
