We are looking for a part time Marketing Assistant/Intern (this role could develop into much more) with 10-15 hours a week to start in office. This role will work closely with the CEO and Director of Operations on a weekly basis.
Required Experience:
- College Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or in the process of obtaining a degree
- Past experience in Real Estate Marketing
- History of Success, Grit, and Drive

Skills Needed and Job Highlights:
- Able to implement and create strategic marketing efforts that drive the Tony Baroni Team to reach pre determined goals
- Working knowledge regarding social media marketing and targeting ads in the local real estate market
- Experience in video marketing, editing, ads and commercials
- Works with the Sales team to ensure traffic and numbers are being increased due to marketing plan
- Ability to Create email campaigns and social media content on a weekly basis
- Execute organized traffic generating events, videos, and ads
- Strategic branding and lifestyle content video
- Ability to design highlight reels and video after major events, award ceremonies, client appreciation parties etc.
