Marketing Coordinator
We’re in search of a dynamic, highly organized marketing coordinator to support our agents in accomplishing their marketing objectives. An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas. Good English writing skills are a must. We welcome applicants with excellent project management skills, a knack for innovation, and a proven track record of success.Responsibilities
- Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
- Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current
- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
- Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
- Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
- Write blog posts relevant to the Commercial Real Estate industry
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
- Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
- Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
- General knowledge of WordPress
- Canva, CorelDraw or Photoshop skills are a plus
- Microsoft Office
- Understanding of SEO
- Prefer Business to Business marketing experience
