Real Estate Office Assistant

Sunbay is working towards becoming a household name in Tampa Bay Real Estate. Our culture has never been called boring! And our clients never have bad things to say about our transactions. But, we need you to get to the next level and beyond. We are averaging around 20 transactions a year. 2021 is projected to do 50 with the right hire.
You need to be excited to work in a competitive entrepreneurial environment. In order to be a top-selling agent/office, we need support. Maybe you are a marketing wiz and can manage emails, phone calls, and social media. Maybe you love the real estate industry and want to learn what makes it tick. Or perhaps you are looking for an interesting job with a competitive broker who wants to have fun, make money, and dominate the industry?

The worst thing an applicant can do is start working and find out they don’t like the environment or the boss. Our hiring process is designed more like dating. We learn about each other in a few different environments. At the office space, over the phone, and over some food. At least 3 separate interactions over a couple of weeks will give both parties a good feel for the situation. If both parties think the fit is good, we proceed and make the hire.
About Us
Sunbay Real Estate started in 2020. However, the broker started selling real estate in 2012. Jeffrey Nietupski a ka Jeff
Niptuck is a well-recognized name in town. Some know him from real estate, some from community endeavors he takes on. He lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1 990 so many simply know him before all the professional stuff. This gives our company a huge advantage. We already know all the players! The issue Jeff has is he needs someone to help assist with the administrative stuff so he can focus on the person to person interactions with potential clients.
Office Location
Our central office is in the SOHO District of Hyde Park. We operate out of the Hyde House, a co-op working space. We love t hat because we are surrounded by other professionals. T hat level of energy rubs off and helps to keep us focused on what we do best. Our space in SOHO is over 10,000 square feet with many different areas to work at. M maybe one day you feel like working outside on the patio and another you want t o to be left alone in a small room. No problem! Walkable to the office are many restaurants, scenic spots, and Bayshore Blvd. Our sister office is in Downtown St. Pete. What I am getting at is our work environment is in line with the modern corporate movement. A casual, fun space to work at, surrounded by good energy, scenic spots to work and visit.
