Our successful Real Estate Team is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time, experienced office manager/asst. property manager to join the current Administrative staff. We are seeking an individual to coordinate the real estate sales, leasing and management process in addition to providing exceptional customer service and professionalism. The perfect candidate will possess high-level computer skills, superb attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Real Estate experience is a huge plus.

Nature and Scope of Position

  • Provide support to company President, Property Management and

Sales/Leasing agents

  • Brokerage administration and transactional tasks: process new listings,

create marketing brochures, input listings on property websites and
process changes as necessary

  • Create digital and paper files and adhere to the company’s filing system
  • Generate, copy, scan and bind documents for use by management/agents
  • Specific marketing tasks and coordination as assigned
  • Professional phone answering/directing calls
  • Self-driven and able to complete work with limited supervision
  • Every day is different – must be good with change

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • relevant: 3 years (Preferred)
