Full Job Description
Franchi Title is looking for a title processor to support our licensed closer.
At least one year experience as a title processor is required. Experience in REO is preferred.
Job duties include:
Ordering Title, Lien Searches, Estoppels, Surveys
Examining and Clearing Requirements on Title Commitments
Communicating with Realtors, Lenders, Buyers and Sellers to ensure smooth Real Estate Closings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,656.00 – $66,483.00 per year
