Fast-paced downtown law firm is looking for a Paralegal with minimum 2 years’ experience with title insurance and bank lending. Ability to meet deadlines is required. Duties include ordering title commitments, surveys and lien searches; preparation of closing affidavits, documents and HUDs, disbursing closing proceeds and reconciling escrow accounts. Experience with Doubletime or other similar title accounting software preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel. Salary commensurate with experience and competitive benefits package is provided.
