Southeast QSR is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to work in our Clearwater office. This position will directly support our Chief Legal Officer and will include a diverse assortment of paralegal related responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare lease summaries.
- Maintain lease data bases.
- Coordinate Franchise documents between Franchisor and Franchisee.
- Review real estate contracts and coordinate critical deadlines and due diligence.
- Review Surveys and Title Commitments and cure potential title defects.
- Maintain annual corporate filings.
- Formation of corporate entities and maintenance of corporate records.
- Prepare corporate records, including mergers, dissolutions and renewals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal.
- Real Estate experience is strongly preferred.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
