Full Job Description

Southeast QSR is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to work in our Clearwater office. This position will directly support our Chief Legal Officer and will include a diverse assortment of paralegal related responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare lease summaries.
  • Maintain lease data bases.
  • Coordinate Franchise documents between Franchisor and Franchisee.
  • Review real estate contracts and coordinate critical deadlines and due diligence.
  • Review Surveys and Title Commitments and cure potential title defects.
  • Maintain annual corporate filings.
  • Formation of corporate entities and maintenance of corporate records.
  • Prepare corporate records, including mergers, dissolutions and renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Paralegal.
  • Real Estate experience is strongly preferred.
  • Expert level experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
