- Review title documents
- Maintain due diligence of documents
- Draft commercial closing documents and formation documents
- Maintain filing system
Qualifications:
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 5+ years of real estate experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
