Real Estate Paralegal 350 $58K to $60K plus
Needed for very busy Clearwater law firm.
Duties:
Minimum 5 years experience as a real estate paralegal. knowledge of all aspects of the real estate closing process from start to finish. Will interact directly with attorney’s, clients, real estate professionals, and lenders as part of the real estate closing process. Familiar with real estate closing technology and applications to make the real estate closing process as simple as possible
Skills:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, manage time, and stay organized. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, attorneys, and other team members, both orally and in writing.
Salary:
$58K to $60K plus BOE Full benefit package.
