We are looking for an exclusive, well rounded Real Estate Photographer and Videographer, with an emphasis in Social Media/Marketing for an award winning, top rated team!!
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday with no weekend work. Additional skill in graphic art and design a plus when it comes to assisting the team with custom flyers, brochures, newsletter, blog and invitations.
Responsibilities:
-To attend a weekly team meeting to discuss the needs of our agents and what properties need photographed each week.
-Travel to homes to complete photography and videos
-Return to the office to edit and market the home through social media and websites in a timely manner
-Assist the team in graphic work when requested
-Assist office staff when needed as part of the team
Required Qualifications:
*Must have their own photography equipment including drone, wide angle lens, tripod, and smart phone
*Must have previous photography experience with the use of bracketing and advanced editing skills
*Must display photo lighting experience
*Must be comfortable with high volume
*Must be comfortable doing drone and video work including 3D matterport.
*Must have reliable transportation and insurance as this person will have to drive to each home to professionally shoot it. (We do cover Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties at times.)
*Must have an understanding of the real estate industry, marketing, and social media
*Must be able to complete a 24 hour turn around for all edited images and video
